Description
This proposal is intended to signal acceptance/rejection of the precise software release that will contain the changes to be included in the BandChain Laozi upgrade.
We are proposing to use this code https://github.com/bandprotocol/chain/releases/tag/v2.0.3 to upgrade BandChain. We are proposing to export the state at block height 7486289, which we expect to occur approximately on July 13, 2021, 11:00:00 UTC. We are proposing to launch Laozi mainnet using genesis time 6 hours after the timestamp of block height 7486289.
