Description
This proposal is intended to signal acceptance/rejection of the precise software release that will contain the changes to be included in the GuanYu upgrade.
We are proposing to use this code https://github.com/bandprotocol/bandchain/releases/tag/v1.2.6 to upgrade the BandChain. We are proposing to export the state at block height 4172935, which we expect to occur on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at or around 2:00 pm UTC. We are proposing to launch GuanYu mainnet using genesis time 60 minutes after the timestamp of block height 4172935.
